Pre-cut Christmas Tree Tips:
We will cut off the base just a bit before you take your tree home. That fresh cut helps it absorb more water & stay fresh!
Keep your Christmas tree watered well. It is easy to forget! Plan to check the water in your tree stand every day. Know that the freshest trees drink up a lot of water. If it's drinking it up, that's excellent!
Keep your tree away from any air vents blowing on it. This dries them out a lot faster.
You don't need to keep your house cool by any means but know that hot environments will potentially dry out your tree quickly.
As another proactive measure, you can add Tree Moist. We offer it here at the nursery. This is a granular product that is sprinkled in the water at the base of the tree. It helps your tree store water.
