Lenten Roses are a gardener's delight! In winter and early spring, they bloom dainty, colorful blooms. Don't let these delicate-looking flowers fool you though; these evergreen perennials are very hardy and thrive in cold weather. They bloom for several weeks and love well-draining, fertile soil.
Plant them in a shade garden or a spot that receives morning sun with full afternoon shade. Here's an extra tip: plant them in a shady spot where you'll enjoy seeing their blooms while you're indoors this winter!
