Riverbend Nurseries is a family-owned and operated retail garden center and wholesale nursery located just south of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We are open year-round to the public and grow over 1500 varieties of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, and vegetables on our 275 acres of land.

Our passion is gardening, and we love nothing more than sharing our love and knowledge of plants with you.

We are thrilled to be a part of this time-honored tradition in downtown Franklin. We will be offering all sorts of beautiful spring goodies at our booth, including gorgeous plants, flowers, pottery, and other unique items! The Main Street Festival is happening THIS Saturday, April 25th, and Sunday, the 26th!

🎉Be sure to be a part of our raffle at our booth during the festival! Tickets are $2 each, or 3 for $5!

'Chanticleer' and 'Cleveland' are two varieties of ornamental pear that have a much better composition than the 'Bradford' pear trees many of us are familiar with (that often split). These two varieties love full sun and have a narrow, upright shape, topping out at approximately 40' tall x 20-25' wide.

I (Rebekah) recently checked on this little fella in my garden. I feel pretty certain he was enjoying an afternoon siesta. Bees like to rest on flowers. After keeping an eye on him as I gardened, later I saw him fly away. Glad he got some rest and glad I let him be...e. 😉🐝

Our inventory changes quickly in spring! If you see something you love, you may want to go ahead and pick it up because it may not be here the next time you come. 🌸🌼🌿

Tip: our frost date is April 15th in Middle Tn; this is the approx. date we stop receiving frosts. With that in mind, keep an eye on the lows for the next few weeks. If we are predicted to receive a frost, you will need to bring your annuals inside or cover them well. We don't want you to have to repurchase! 🩷
