POSITION SUMMARY:
 

Riverbend Nurseries has an opening for a full-time Sales Associate to work in our Thompson’s Station, TN office.

Job Description/Responsibilities include:

• Work outside and in all weather conditions

• Engage in physical activity (lifting and loading plants, plant maintenance, etc.)

• Process sales using a computer, credit card machine and cash

• Answer customer phone calls, e-mails, complete quotes and load on-site customers

• Take spring and fall flower annual orders while managing/planning those orders and deliveries

Qualifications/Prerequisites:

We’re looking for a responsible and hardworking individual.  This can be a fast paced, high energy work environment, especially in the spring and fall seasons.  The ideal candidate should:
 

• Have exceptional interpersonal skills with customers and other employees

• Be a quick learner and able to take directions

• Be able to multi-task and have good organization skills

• Horticultural experience not required, but an asset
