FLOWER COORDINATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE
POSITION SUMMARY:
Riverbend Nurseries has an opening for a full-time Customer Service / Asst. Flower Coordinator to work in-person in our Thompson's Station office.
Responsibilities:

Assist customers at the nursery while selecting and loading plants, flowers, and gardening supplies
-
Process sales using a computer, credit card machine, and cash.

Answer customer phone calls, e-mails, complete quotes, and load on-site customers.

Assist in ordering flowers for seasonal sales.

Provide excellent customer service

Assist with inventory control
Qualifications/Prerequisites:
We’re looking for a responsible and hardworking individual. This can be a fast-paced, high-energy work environment, especially in the spring and fall seasons. The ideal candidate should:

Have exceptional interpersonal skills with customers and other employees

Be a quick learner and be able to take directions

Be able to multitask and have good organizational skills
