FLOWER COORDINATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE
Riverbend Nurseries has an opening for a full-time Flower Coordinator /Sales Associate to work in our Thompson’s Station, TN office.
Job Description/Responsibilities include:
Order flowers for seasonal sales
Computer savvy including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Work outside in all weather conditions
Engage in physical activity (lifting and loading plants, plant maintenance, etc.)
Process sales using a computer, credit card machine and cash
Answer customer phone calls, e-mails, complete quotes and load on-site customers
We’re looking for a responsible and hardworking individual. This can be a fast paced, high energy work environment, especially in the spring and fall seasons. The ideal candidate should:
Have exceptional interpersonal skills with customers and other employees
Be a quick learner and able to take directions
Be able to multi-task and have good organization skills
