Riverbend Nurseries located just east of Thompson's Station, Tennessee was founded in 1990 on 80 acres of land. The original establishment was set up for only the wholesale trade, concentrating sales efforts on garden centers and landscape contractors mainly in the eastern half of the U.S. Our nursery has expanded through the years and now encompasses 500 acres on some of the best silty clay loam soil in middle Tennessee. We have been blessed for years with the best customer service in the business and we absolutely frustrated our relatives, neighbors and friends because we were a wholesale only facility.

BUT NOW ... many wishes have come true, our Landscape Supply Outlet opened in 2008, located at 2008 Lewisburg Pike (Hwy 431) just 2 miles south of I-840 (phone 615-468-2008). The Outlet is the retail division of Riverbend Nurseries, so now "The Public" can come and shop from the same inventory where the eastern U.S. and middle Tennessee's best landscapers, landscape designers, and landscape architects have shopped for years!

We carry a full selection of locally grown landscape plant material- trees, shrubs, annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs, tropicals, and houseplants. We also carry various tools, chemicals, pottery, bagged mulches and soil amendments, pavers and stone, and of course an abundance of knowledge.

According to Dr Charles Hall, economist from Texas A&M University, for every $1.00 that is spent on your landscape the return on investment is $1.09. There is not another area of your home that yields a better return than an investment in your landscape.
